My 5 year old golden retreiver is sick he is vomating, not eating, not drinking,?

he is not eating or drinking he cant walk right and he tends to limp and wobble when he walks the vet cant figure out whats wrong with him he does not act the same at all he is supper depressed. he also wont look at you he just stairs straight? what should we do ? or wut is wrong?
