What to get my friend for her 19th birthday?

One of my best friends is turning 19 next week and I have no idea what to get her. She's easy to please but I like to do creative gifts and I'm running out of ideas. Last year I painted her a picture of a girl playing golf at sunset because she's a golfer...any creative ideas for a 19-year-old who likes sports, dogs, sour candy and play-doh? lol they don't have to include those things, just if you have any original ideas or even something cool that you've done for a gift before, I'd love a little help!
