Am I signed up as a member ot Yahoo Personals or not? The membership rates come up when I e-mail a guy.?

I can't reach Yahoo Customer Service so I am totally frustrated and losing opportunities to meet some great guys. When I entered my credit card number to go along with your request, the message comes up, "the card number already exists". Please help me!
