DIET...so many numbers, so many tips, so many tricks, so much water....WHAT IS DO'able?
1,200 to 1,500 is too low of calories its not good for you! what you should do is give your self 2000 calories a day but Sense you say your tall you might get more calories. and if you are exercising you can have extra calories ( weight watchers) what i do is bye things that are yummy healthy it dose exists! yeah you'll run into some nasty healthy food but smart ones, lean pockets, and special k are Delicious! don't keep allot of fatty foods around and keep healthy snacks Around theirs even ice cream that's so good and its half the fat :) just count your calories and remember exercise gets you an extra snack sure eat a small bag of lays just don't over do it. i hope this helped you!!
