So now that Emo crashed and burned what emo bands will you admit to like?

How can you say emo has crashed and burned when it's apparent you don't know what real emo bands are anyway? That's like me saying oh, death metal crashed and burned but that's okay, Metallica was still good. It doesn't add up. Emo and alternative = apples to oranges.
