How do I make my water yu-gi-oh deck amazing? here is what i have,?

1st off the deck has too many cards in it. A deck now by rules is 40-60 cards...no less and no more. Best option is to keep the deck closer to 40 cards so you can get to your best cards quickly. 2nd off you have banned cards in your deck. Pot of Greed, Dark Hole and Monster Reborn are all banned. Other wise I don't know really what else to tell you in regards to fixing this deck up. You really aren't keeping too close to a theme for this deck. Get somes ideas, rebuild and repost the deck and you can get better help fixing it. Hope this helps out.
