I have trouble finishing what I start.?

Can anyone help me. I'm an ideas person burstng with creativity, have lots of different interests but just can't seem to fininsh anything i start. I can be so excited about getting involved in somethng then 3/4 down the way i loose the excitement and move on to the next venture. I need help because if i'm gong to succeed i need to get p this. Can anyone offer some advice, tips, anything to help me keep on track. Thanks.
