I miss my ex girlfriend?

Well, first off we have been dating a good 9 months. We've often talked about marriage Ive bought her a $3000.00 Engagement band in hopes to be married after she finishes her generals at college. She is very depressed and we have started to have little arughments, but nothing too serious. She has decided that she needs to be alone and we are now having a break of our relationship. She wont talk to me or anything. Ive been in contact with her best friend and she is trying to find stuff out like if she will come back to me or if the break is indefinite etc. Im just so scared of losing her, its hard to picture myself without her. Anyway any help or tips would be appreciated. Going on day 3 now.
