Why are Canadian fans so stubborn?

Although it was a upset, It wasn't a huge upset. America has a good team that has a chance to medal. Canadians can accept that they lost. It just pisses us off to hear how America is so great from annoying American fans. Americas a good team and they beat Canada. I know I can deal with it because it was just a preliminary game.
