Tiger woods is not an athlete?

Does anyone agree with me when i say that golf is a non contact sport, and no player who plays golf should be considerd as am athlete, a athlete requires swift movement, endurane, stamina, breaking out sweat, athleticism, and tiger woods is not that, i mean would you consider john daily an athlete? i rest my case. I am just sick and tired of hearing tiger compared to jordan or gretzky, or babe ruth, or joe walter payton, their athletes not golfers.
