Should i keep on having with him?

So i met this guy for casual , i met him online and we met and then a week later we had . anyways, from his talk, he seems to want a friend with benefit type of deal, i am perfectly fine with that. He is the one who suggested that even though we are gonna be having we shud still go out together as well. It is still . SO we have already had once. Anyways, he told me that the next time we meet, we should also grab a bite to eat as well. Isnt that what FWB do, so i said thats cool. SO my question is, since he is the one suggesting these things and if he doesnt follow through on the "going out" (eating, movies...) part, what shud i do?
