Rate my short story plot?

It will start out with a man named Kevin grieving over the loss of his brother who got abducted about 13 years ago, and then he meets a woman named Simone and falls in love with her etc etc. Simone often visits her therapist which will be how the reader discovers Simone is a transual, but Kevin doesn't find out until much later in the story when they are about to have and he notices a scar on Simone's stomach. The exact same scar that his brother, Simon, had. At this point Simon/e confesses, and Kevin gets very angry and rejects Simon/e. Simon/e then gets extremely angry and knocks Kevin out with a hair blower, and starts rampaging throughout the small community, and finds out s/he has telekinesis and burns the whole town down, and then throws him/herself off a cliff near the edge of the town and dies.
