Isn't it blatant example of west double standards policy?

Sarkusi refuses to apologize for all the macres carried out by french colony in Algeria that killed 1500000 algerians whereas France askes Turkey to apologize for killing 1000000 armenians and made it a prerequisite for Turkey to join the EU.i am not pro-Turkey,in the contrary, i demand Turkey's apology.
