I am taking Darvocet and have had a good source of fiber,could this cause abdominal pains and constipation?

I guess my over all question would be. If i have combined the two over the past couple weeks. Could this cause striking pains in my area just above the . Urination and bowels movements give some relief but it has been almost two days now with the pain. And with some regret I must be severly constipated or ?
