Cutting off funding doesn't end the war because Bush can still keep the troops there even if there is limited funding. The one who said cutting funding ends the war is wrong, Bush will keep the troops there even if they have one rifle to every five soldiers and are riding around Baghdad in aluminum plated Hondas. So cutting off funding does only hurt our troops and in no way will bring about an end until this moron is out of office or a definitive deadline is ped.
