Do kids really curse in movies or its fake?

have u ever watch a movie in which there is a kid who uses curse words and profanity?i am completely against that... are they cursing for real or its fake..if its real,how could the directors let the kids curse n use profanity in movie..its really disturbing, because i cant imagine what i will do if my 12 year old sister use curse word
