Can I give blood for a blood transfusion if I've been frequently smoking marijuana?

My dad has been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. And they said that he might need a blood transfusion. The doctors said I would most likely have the same blood type, me being his only child, so I agreed to have the blood drawn, but I have been smoking a lot of marijuana lately. Is that going to be a major problem? If so, does anyone know of a type of body cleanser regimen? I'd appreciate your help so much!
