Obseity "epidemic" get a grip?

im tired of hearing America complain of the epidemic thats sweeping the nation. Coming from Albania and now a proud american, you wouldn't believe how surprised i was when i first saw all the fat people. And the excuses. we are not educated in schools bla bla bla bla. You were never educated in schools 30 years ago and there was no epidemic. Im not trying to be mean but this is what you really need to hear. Fat is not a disease, you dont need expensive education plans to tell people how not to be fat. I have a Kosovo education and i know eating half a box of oreos with soda and candy with a load of nice greasy pizza is not healthy. My loved americans, i love your country and you, but why are you being so stupid about this!
